Today I would like to write about the promises made when exchanging opinions.
First and foremost, never deny any opinion when exchanging or discussing. By not denying it, you will come up with various ideas. I think the key to finding a new breakthrough is to come up with this idea and exchange various opinions.
Among the various opinions that have come up, I will adopt the one that I think is “this is it !!”. One of the words I’ve found in books in the past is that “ignoring potential is the greatest evil.” I remember thinking that it was true.
But, when I say my opinion at a meeting, if I say something like this, I think everyone thinks I’m a fool. I’m not the only one who feels that way.
In the first place, is it because I overestimate the participants and think that I am a bad person? Or is it because the participants themselves are always making a fool of the opinions of others? Or maybe it’s because I make a fool of someone else’s opinion, and I think that others also make a fool of my opinion. There may be many reasons.
But before the meeting, if we all decide that “we will not deny any opinion”, various opinions will pop out. Even if you think it’s not feasible, just come up with all the ideas. All you have to do is scrutinize it and choose the one that you think is “this is it!”. This way, the meeting can be ended unexpectedly quickly, isn’t it? Since each person can freely give their opinions, it gives a feeling of being done.
Have you ever been talking to your child and seeing some stunning words and deeds? There are opinions that come out because they are newcomers, and there are blind spots because they are experienced.
Having a meeting where nothing is decided wastes time and does not make a profit. If you have such time, don’t you think it would be more profitable to actively promote existing products?
I think it can be used not only for meetings but also for dialogue with yourself, so why not give it a try?
