I want to be angry, or rather, I am very angry in my heart, but after taking a deep breath and calming down for a moment, I think positively, “They are jealous of me.” I don’t really think so, but I think this is an exercise in positive thinking.

I can’t help but think negatively, so after thinking negatively, I converted it to positive thinking, saying, “I can think like this, isn’t it?”

It is easy for us to be unhappy. All we have to do is pour out the swearing and complaints of others without worrying about the surroundings.

But if you want to be happy, start by not complaining or complaining. Sometimes you want to say something, so think carefully about who you say it to and then spit it out.

Another recommendation is to add a habit of using the power of words. Say things like “I am safe” or “Thank you” to yourself.

I used to say things like “I’m the happiest” or “I love myself” while driving (laughs). I think I’m more positive now than I was when I started.
