There is no such thing as too late in life, so if you want to use my story as an opportunity to turn your negatives into positives, please give it a try. Everything is happening just in time. And people always choose the best. It’s “always”.

I think it’s a good idea to explore how to see and perceive things in the practice of transforming positively.

There is also the method of “trying to laugh first”, but this is to direct yourself to laugh and make your brain misunderstand, “Ah, is this a happy thing?” I think this method is also possible, but depending on the person or situation, there are times when you don’t want to even make a fake smile. At times like this, you don’t have to force yourself to smile.

Isn’t it painful to force yourself to laugh when you don’t even think it’s fun? No matter how much you try to trick your brain into thinking you’re having fun, sometimes you just can’t bring yourself to smile. So, you don’t have to force yourself to laugh.

You can also research how to raise the corners of your mouth and how to move your eyebrows by watching TV and videos. The word “research” may sound like a big deal, but please try to laugh when you see and hear funny stories.
