The reason for this is that people who think they are lucky are not discouraged by small things. It’s always good luck, so it’s easier to head in a good direction.
People who think, “Wow, I’m lucky after all,” are generally positive about what happened. If you want to succeed or make a wish come true, it might be a good idea to start by believing that you are lucky. I’m lucky, so I’m motivated to recover from this.
By the way, when I was in my teens, I thought, “What is the standard for good luck?” My conclusion is that it’s up to me to decide if I’m actually lucky or not.
If you think, “I am lucky,” then you are already lucky. You don’t need anyone’s permission. If I had to say it strongly, it would be yourself.
