Let’s find what’s in your heart

ノート English

Hello. Have you ever wondered what you really want to do and what you are interested in? When you’re living a busy life, you can sometimes lose track of what you really enjoy, even though it’s about yourself. Am I the only one?

For now, I’ve been thinking about ways to find what’s inside of me, so I’d like to introduce some of them.

For example, ask yourself. It’s a method of asking yourself and thinking about what you want, what’s important, and what makes you happy.

I often hear that it’s good to write things down on paper.

I certainly think that writing down your thoughts on paper is helpful in terms of organizing your mind and heart.

I have written down my thoughts in a notebook in the past, but now that I think about it, I feel like I was only writing things on the surface. When I looked back at the notebooks I had written in the past, I thought, “I wrote this to make myself look good.”

So this time I wrote it down on memo paper. I started writing with the idea that I would throw it away when I finished writing it, but I just kept writing what came to mind, and in the end, I came to the conclusion that I should do this, and I felt a little lighter.

When I reread what I’ve written, I think it’s all connected in my mind, but when someone else looks at it, it seems disjointed. But since I wasn’t going to show this to anyone and I was going to tear it up and throw it away, I thought it was okay. Best of all, it made me feel a little more at ease, so it’s very effective.

In a video I watched a while ago, someone said, “The reason we feel anxious is because we don’t know. It’s true that not knowing causes unnecessary anxiety and worries.

We are always thinking about something, but most of the time we are thinking about the past or the future. We spend our time worrying about things that have happened in the past that are out of our control, and things that have yet to happen in the future.

In that case, it would be a good idea to write down on paper the various things that are swirling around in your head. This will help organize your mind and heart. When you sort things out, you can realize that many of the things you were thinking about are not as big a deal as you thought.

I realized that taking time to face myself is actually important. By facing myself, I can learn more about myself. I thought that by doing so, I would be able to live a life that suits me.
